At Letti New York, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
